Lacey Fisher, Realtor
Thank you so much for visiting my website! I am so excited to get to work for you! A little about me- I have lived in Modesto since I was 10 years old, I graduated from Davis High School then attended Modesto Junior College and CSU Stanislaus where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in economics. I have been married since 2000 to an amazing guy with whom I have three kids. They are 15, 13 and 12 years old and keep us very busy! When I am not working I am generally sitting at a softball or baseball field watching my kids do what they love. As a family we really enjoy spending time together camping, boating, fishing and most importantly- anything having to do with San Francisco Giants baseball! It is somewhat of an (irrational) obsession for me, so If you ever want to talk baseball I’m game!
I got my real estate license in 2002, when I worked for a short time for a local mortgage broker after graduating from college. Wanting more of a challenge, I made the change to real estate sales in November of 2003 (eeek! That was almost 14 years ago!)
As for my business philosophy- it is pretty simple. I will never tell you what I think you want to hear just to earn your business. You will get complete honesty from me all the time- even if I think you don’t want to hear it. I will never talk you into something that is better for me than it is you. This is something I feel very strongly about, so if you want a strong-arm salesperson I am not the right agent for you. When I am strong though is when I am negotiating for you. THAT is when it counts be tough.
I pride myself on my educational approach to the way I do business- I always want you to be comfortable so I tend to err on the side of too much information. I never want you to feel confused, scared or panicked about what you’re doing. Buying and selling a home is a big deal, so it is my job to make sure you’re happy and satisfied from start to finish.
I am not your typical stuffy, suit-wearing Louis Vuiton purse-carrying Realtor. I think most people are more comfortable in an informal environment, so I try to bring a little levity to the table when I can while still being a consummate professional. I enjoy having a sense of humor so I try to integrate that into my business life and I always enjoy getting to know my clients and their families.
Again, thank you so much for visiting our website. I really look forward to meeting you and getting to work for you! If there is anything you want to know about me- feel free to ask!
